Returns

All orders are taken on a supply only basis , it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the product size, style and colour  are correct .Our sales team are available as a guide only and the telephone service we provide does not negate the resonsibility of our customers to fully investigate the technical aspects of each order .

Any damage must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery , no claims will be accepted after this time .

The return of incorrectly ordered products will incur a re-stocking charge of 20% of the invoice total ,the customer will also be liable for the collection costs incured by the transport department up to a maximum of £75.00.
